Straight forward, it was a telephone interview so they called me and just asked competency questions and asked about my interest in the firm. They asked about my interests and why they should pick me.

Online tests (numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and logical thinking) followed by a telephone interview. Prepare mostly for current affairs in the market or be up to date with the financial situation.

Everything went well. The interview went on time and the interviewer guided me through the whole process and was very friendly. The difficulty was average and suitable to the position with motivational questions only.
However, they took a long time to respond.
