The RBC interview was a good experience, but I realized the role had a stronger sales focus than I expected. I think I would be a better fit for operations, administration, or compliance roles because those areas match my strengths and previous experience.

It was a phone interview. I was contacted by a representative of the school. I applied through online and was contacted some days after. I was told to choose a date and time for the interview and I was called.

First interview went extremely well, got to learn about the hiring manager and spoke about potential meeting times. My qualifications met the job description exactly. However, I was still ghosted, even after follow up. Extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the hiring team.
