Applied to online posting through an employee referral. Received the online personality test the following day. Afterwards, received a phone call to book a phone interview with recruiter. Was asked a few questions and passed the phone interview. Confirmed a date to meet one on one with a hiring manager. Received a phone call to confirm if I still wanted the position and formal email to follow.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
