3 interviews in total: 1. Telephone screening 2. Web conference interview 3. In-panel interview Telephone screening asked basic questions about my work/volunteer/school experiences, why I want this job. Web conference call went in more depth with situational questions (e.g. "describe a time when you worked with a team, and what were the challenges?"). In-panel was a group interview with 15 other candidates (approx. 2 hrs long). We work as a team on 3 activities they assign. Purpose is to assess collaboration, problem-solving, presentation, and people-skills.

Multiple online interviews that were very user friendly. At least 3 different interviews in the process. Very positive and supportive interviewers and friendly fellow interviewees. All of the interviews were online through easy to use platforms.
