after i applied online, i got an email and was asked to finish an Online Assessment. This is a pretty long personality quiz. and then i was contacted for the Phone Interview. It took me around like 30 min. After two weeks, I got another email regarding offer me a in-person job interview whoch is typically a one-on-one interview.
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
