A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and submitted my profile. Few days later they wanted to do an interview. Questions were over past projects and behavioural. "i.e. What you are saying does not make any sense". The manager was very nice but the team lead was rude. Afterwards I was given two technical tests - Oracle and Unix. Both were fully downloaded from the internet - I am not making this up! I was called for a second interview - this time with a development manager. He asked me questions that can be best answered by a computer science student. I answered almost all of them. The recruiter called the next week to let me know they have selected another candidate. I was their second choice.
