Entirely behavioral and based on my resume. I didn't have prior finance internships before this, and most full-time analysts also didn't have any finance internships, though most had worked in the public sector

We discussed various parts of my resume and went into detail about some elements, like previous experience. Then I was asked to explain any other part of the resume that I would like to. After, I was allowed to ask any questions I had.

Entrevista
First round phone interview. Standard behavioral with nothing too technical. Second round was a super day in their NY office. Met with a managing director, a few VPs, and a few first and second year analysts. More behavioral once again, not getting into that much technical stuff.
