Invited to an interview the day after applying, interview was one week later. It was a causal interview, very chatty, lasted about 45 minutes. No difficult questions. Was offered the job after this.

Applied via LinkedIn, received an email a few days later asking if I would be interested in an interview. Pretty relaxed interview with two senior members of the investment team. Were more interested in getting to know me. Just know your CV well, be confident and keep up to date with current affairs. Didn’t send out feedback and had to chase them up to find out I hadn’t been successful.

It was split into two interviews. The first one was with two directors and asked my opinion of the markets and what areas would be attractive to invest in. The first interview then moved into competency questions e.g. 'when have you displayed this skill'
