The process was over-all good and seemed to move quickly. This may in part be due to going through a recruiter who has a good working relationship with the company. The interviews had a conversational feel and they made sure to give me a chance to ask any questions I had about the company and the role. The process started with a phone screen with an HR person who was quite friendly. Then the was an in-person with two managers who oversee the teams the role works with. After that was a final group interview with all the people the role would interact with on a day to day basis. It had an informal feel almost like a get to know everyone or round-table vibe that helped keep it from feeling like a large panel of judges deciding my fate. At the time of this interview review I have not yet received an offer or a rejection.
