Let me start by saying if anyone at RAND made you feel uncomfortable, I apologize, as that would never be our intention. While I am not sure what the comparison to a "high school dropout" means, as we do not determine how we treat anyone based on education, if you feel our questions were somehow not equal to your experience, and made you feel somehow disrespected, again, I am sorry.
