I applied for the job and quickly received a call to set up an interview. When I gave my salary expectation, they told me that my low salary was at their max. The HR individual was going to ask about my salary and get back to me on whether I would continue. A week went by and I called back, no answer and left a voicemail. Another week went by and I left another voicemail. Ultimately, I was ghosted and received no call back.
