Easygoing and it was my first serving job. I was asked about work ethic and where I worked before. I interviewed with 2 managers back to back and they were very fun to talk to.
Chill interview, it was mainly just behavioral and why you want to work here, the managers were chill too you go in when not too much is going on as well
The interview was straightforward and informal. The manager asked about prior work experience, availability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. They explained the role expectations, scheduling, and team culture. The interview lasted about 15–20 minutes and felt conversational rather than stressful.
