Multiple phone interviews after emailing a few times. Then an in-person interview. The whole process took a couple of months and towards the end Covid-19 hit and R1 decided to postpone hiring.

General product management questions. Asked about specific projects and how to go about proposing them to executives, how to present them internally, how to work with customers, and how to develop projects.
Initial call with recruiter, I thought it went well. I was told I would hear back, but then ghosted. I followed up multiple times and never heard back. Least you can do is send an automated rejection email.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter, then three rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, would-be peer, and finally the person above the hiring manager. The recruiter followed up with feedback and the next interview invite between calls.
