First, there was an over the phone interview with the HR department. Then the next step was to interview in person with the manager and possibly the director. I have heard of people being offered the position right away and others who have received phone calls a few days later with an offer. Once you have been offered the position HR will reach out with an official offer letter and talk about the pay.
