It consisted of an Aptitude Test and an Interview. In the Aptitude Test, they mostly test your English Proficiency and Reasoning Abilities. Interview is reading the mind and how you respond to the Questions. Suitable for those who want to build a career in BPO/Customer-Client Query Resolution Field.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty average. They asked simple questions relating to you and your family. Basic questions to be answered. There was nothing complicated about it. If you have worked anywhere else, they will ask you about the kind of work you did and about your experience certificate. If you don't have a certificate, its always best to explain why if asked.
