Job advertisements ran for over a month. Took them about a week to get back to me after my resume sent. First interview with CEO. They were flustered, and asked yes/ no questions. Not difficult, just felt as though they were tired or not happy about their job. But then a few days later, I got shortlisted. Next interview was with the owner and the CEO, where the owner did most of the talking. This interview felt odd as well, with the owner taking charge and the CEO being demure and held. I felt the owner didn't like me somehow.
