Entrevista
Initially spoke with a recruiter on the phone for a basic screening and chat about the position. Had a video meeting with two creative directors and a second video meeting with my potential partner. Both chats were great, casual, helpful, friendly. No trick questions or anything out of the ordinary. The process went well, but the recruiter never followed up post interviews and didn’t respond to my emails afterwards. Totally ghosted and wasted my time.
Recruiters were very clear about the process. Super helpful and 30mins initial conversation is about him/her explaining about the team and see if you are on the same page with the team. If you porfolio is good, interview feels like more personality check.

Entrevista
Easy, smooth process. Spoke with recruiter, went in twice for two separate interviews. They extended an offer shortly after. The recruiter was nice and everyone I met with gave me a great understanding of the process of the agency and what my day-to-day would look like.
