The interview process was a thorough and in-depth one, that involved every level of management and concluded with the owner. In total I interacted with six different people in three different mediums. First was a lengthy phone interview with Quorum's Talent Acquisition Manager; then two in-person interviews with the property General Manager and the Area General Manager; followed by two virtual interviews - first with the Regional Director of Sales and then the SVP of Commercial Strategy; and finished with an in-person interview with the Owner of the property. While this may seem like a lot, the entire process took less than two weeks.
After my interview with the General Manager, the Area GM was kind enough to flex his schedule to meet with me the same day. After my virtual interview with the RDOS, the SVP took advantage of a break in her schedule to meet with me just a couple hours later. Every person I met with was very transparent about the position as well as their desires and requirements for the next person to fill the role. However, every meeting felt like more of a conversation and less like an interview. I enjoyed the time I spent with everyone I met.
