Interview process was solely in person. No phone interview prior to in-person. CEO made the call to set up interview. Actually, called twice. Interview was, originally, with Operations Director. Very nice woman, very well organized and smart. She walked me around the warehouse and introduced me. Met with CEO next to field his questions. Was introduced and met with Controller and President. Both asked questions weighing my interest in job.
