The interview process was simple and I was rejected after 2nd Round 1st round - Basic discussion on the project and a DSA question 2nd round - HLD and discussion on work experience Even though my 2nd round went well I was shocked by the rejection mail with no feedback. The interviewer himself explicitly mention during the interview when I ask him for feedback that my skills are good and it's positive. The worst part is there is no reason mentioned in the rejection email and it's just a waste of time. Like me, several other people have faced similar issues and they have mentioned them in glassdoor interview reviews.

I had an initial exploratory call with the HR where they explained the interview process to me. It would consist of multiple technical rounds. I had two technical rounds and I cleared both of them. I can say I aced it because they asked me to share the screen and solve the coding problems they had given, I was able to get to the results in both the rounds, but the second round, I wasn’t happy with the person who interviewed me. They didn’t even mention clear reason for rejection. Not happy with the interview process. I am okay with rejection but after clearing their coding rounds and getting no proper reason for rejection is not acceptable
