The interview was for an onsite position. After answering some initial email questions, I met with 3 members of leadership during an onsite interview. I also took an aptitude assessment while onsite. The assessment tested my typing speed and my overall knowledge of working on a computer, time management, etc. My conversations with each member of leadership went great! They made it feel more like a conversation vs. drilling me with question after question. One of the members of leadership was the CEO and we had a great conversation - it was rather impressive that he took the time to meet with me at all!
