i got called for an interview about 2 weeks after i applied. there's alot of people who applied. interview was at the hq in charlottle . process took about 2 hours. higher ups talked about he culture and watched video. they supplied food and drinks

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
