A top notch interviewing process. From start to finish during the process, I would like to commend the QuickBase team on their timeliness of communication and crystal clear communication. The process started with a phone screen with the internal recruiter to get a feel for my background and where I might be a good fit into the organization. This screen was followed by another phone conversation with the hiring manager, which ultimately led to an in person meeting. The in person meeting consisted of a presentation, a Q & A about me, and wrapped up with a role play with senior team members. Very impressed by the outside of the box process and making the meeting, relaxed, fun, challenging and interactive.
