Shot them a resume with no cover letter or anything. Got an immediate call-back the next day. First interview was me typing into a computer for 20 minutes and answering multiple choice questions varying from whether I thought it was okay to steal from my workplace and if it is ever acceptable to do drugs. Then I spoke to the interviewer for 5 minutes about my resume. It was a very cold and strange interview.
