1st interview was ok. I was asked about my working background and experience with certain technologies. 2nd interview was a joke. I was asked completely irrelevant questions such as whether I was married and had kids, which was common practice at that time because they wanted to know whether they would be able to work people to the bone. This is what happens when upper management has had no exposure to the real world.
