Entrevista
The interview process was very straightforward for me. Quest had just won a large contract to create engineering definitions for an aerospace company. I interviewed for the position to oversee the engineering definition creation process for a small local team and a larger offshore team . The interview was conducted by one person who asked me to summarize my work experience (which was all available to him on the resume that I had provided). He did not give me a big sales pitch about the company and did not ask hard, probing questions about my capabilities. The session was also void of any situational questions (e.g. "Tell me a time when you had a conflict with a coworker and how did you resolve that conflict?"). The whole process lasted less than an hour and at the end, though nothing was said, I had the feeling that I would be offered the position.

Just basic questions, experience, goals, what to expect, overall very professional. Job offer in few days. Ask them questions they are willing to be very open about position and hours. Very casual overal.
