A company recruiter contacted me several days after having submitted an application online for a telephone screening. While this screening went well, the recruiter could not get my name correct during the conversation, nor in the Email correspondence later. After the screening I was scheduled for a WebEx interview with the hiring manager and the immediate supervisor of the position. The hiring manager arrived late to the scheduled time, so we had to begin without him. They requested I activate my webcam to see my face, whereas I had to stare at a blank screen as they did not reciprocate. The questions they asked me were fairly standard interview questions though they did not seem to have read my resume/cover letter prior to the meeting. Afterwards, they asked if I had any questions, so I asked about the nearby area, but neither could answer since the hiring manager was across country and the supervisor didn't actually live in the same local area as the job. Interview ended with a promise to follow-up. Follow up never occurred and I assume I was rejected from the position as I never received further communication from them

A manager from HR cold called me to set up a video interview the next week. At the interview, the hiring manager asked me about my resume for about 15 minutes before verbally offering me the job. He said he would send me the offer that day, but it never got sent to me until I inquired about it a week later. The salary and benefits were far below market value.
