Before you get a true interview you schedule a phone call where you talk about if you’re in school to be a phlebotomist, any past experience you have with phlebotomy, and why you chose to apply to Quest Diagnostics. At the end they ask if you’re close to the location and if you agree to be on time every day for the training.

Are you able to attend training Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm?
Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.

Attended an open house at one of their branch locations in my local community. As soon as I arrived I was told there were no openings in that branch and the only openings were quite a distance away. I felt misled. The only reason I went to the open house was because that office was within a reasonable driving distance. They should have specified where they were recruiting for. I met with two managers who told me to apply online. What a waste of time it was to go to the open house.
