The process between application, phone screen, and scheduling interviews were all very smooth and timely. Their communication throughout this process was great. There were a total of two interviews required, approximately two weeks apart due to the availability of team members. Only a few questions were slightly unique, but overall the questions were fairly standard for the recruiting industry. Communication post-final interview was oddly not that great, considering how very communicative they were throughout the process earlier. I did withdraw from consideration due to a job offer I received while awaiting a response.
