The first step is a simple self guided video interview . It was very easy to use. It only took around thirty minutes to complete. I don’t know what happens past that yet.

Very easy spoke with recruiter for first interview then hiring manager for second. used STAR method for interview questions and got the job. questions are mainly about your experience with call centers

Entrevista
One on one interview in a small office. Basic interview questions, fairly casual. There was a test in which you are given a prompt on a computer and asked to read the prompt as if speaking to a customer and record the answers.
