A few months after applying, I received a request for a phone interview; I was then advised they would like to have me come in for a one on one interview. A few days after the interview, I received a call regarding the job offer.

Both of the people I interviewed with were very nice and personable. They were able to relate to me personally and professionally and made me feel very comfortable. I have never been so relaxed in any interview in my life!! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and accepting. After my phone interview I was told it might be a couple weeks before I could get my second interview scheduled but I was contacted monday(after my friday phone interview) and had my 1:1 interview tuesday. I was hired the next day. They did test my speaking ability and my typing ability. I was nervous about the typing portion but it was much easier than I thought. A knowledge of medical terms and pronunciation of those words is advised because the position requires you to be able to pronounce those words. Practice if you need to before the interview

Sent in resume, received call back from hr to do telephone interview. Next step was to go in and meet the hiring supervisor. Was Explained the job details and then given the chance to do a mock call on the computer.
