I applied through an agency in July 2024 and passed an online test. However, the hiring process was frozen and resumed in December 2024. I successfully passed the C# interview. The experience was very positive, and the interviewer was friendly. We had a great discussion about the intricacies of C#, where I answered most of the questions and even learned something new. At the end, I had time to ask questions about the company. The Python interview, on the other hand, was a negative experience. The interviewer did not seem as friendly as the first one. The interview was conducted without web cameras, and there was background noise that made it difficult to hear the interviewer clearly. The task itself was quite simple, but I was unable to provide a satisfactory answer in this stressful environment within the 30-minute time limit. Although the interview was originally scheduled for one hour, the interviewer decided to end it early. Additionally, I was not given a chance to ask any questions about the company.
