Jayant contacted me with the Data Scientist position. We had a brief introductory call, wherein he explained the need for the position, then passed on a take-home test. Final step was reviewing the test results with the two founders. Well, I didn't land the job, but Jayant was courteous enough to call/explain what the exact inefficiency was - this is what helped me. Overall, it was a very good learning experience - too bad, I didn't land the job; would've liked to work with such a team.
