The process was thorough and representative of their core values of persistence, passion, and integrity. I appreciated the process as it gave me an opportunity to interface with some of the people that are in similar roles and those that I would be working with in the role. By the time the job was offered I was confident that they had vetted all of their candidates before choosing me and I too had been given ample opportunity to answer all of my questions before accepting the role.
