Personal 1 to 1 meeting, followed by platform demo, closed with another 1to1 interview. The 1st interview round was very formal and basic. Questions asked were to determine attitude, competence and experience. The 2nd round was a demonstration of a topic to be presented in front of a group. They try to make it difficult for you, a bit. The final round was very friendly and candid. You get to state your expectations and they explain theirs.
