Well started off Recruiter reached out to me thought I was a good fit. This was an internal recruiter. I did meet with one of the Directors/Senior leadership for 2nd & 3rd Interview, I felt she was very good in giving me the information I needed to review and decide if this is a good fit. This would be a 100 % Hunter position. I then heard back from the Recruiter I would be moving to onsite meeting. This was good as I met in person the woman I had 1st interviews with and met with the President and co-owners. Four people were part of this process. I thought went well a couple asked most of the questions and I answered. At the end of the meeting one of the owners said we will review after this meeting and get back to you. I sent a follow up to the Recruiter asking to forward to all on the panel interview this was 2 weeks ago. Still have heard nothing. This is not a good sign , I would except at least a response we decided to move forward with another candidate or please be patient we are preparing an offer.
