Lengthy - 4 rounds of interviews and met 6 employees. The interviews went well, continued moving on in the process, and was led to believe a job offer was likely. Completed with a final chat with the CEO. I went into this chat being told by his assistant that my job offer would be made. But on the call the CEO seemed to not even know that there was a job opening, couldn't answer any of my questions, and thought we were meeting because I was "interested in the company" not that I had completed 4 interviews and waiting to hear results. After that, they ghosted me, never answering any of my emails. That being said, everyone I met prior to that strange final conversation was very nice and seemed competent.
