There were 3 stages. First a bit chit chat, then a technical coding session with couple of their engineers, then with the highest management. The process took 6 weeks, and they did not have the courtesy to notify me about the outcome. I still did not get any thing from them, was I selected or not, and did not get any reply after querying for at least 3 times. I have not seen that much unprofessional recruitment process like that. And it's hard to believe, even the highest management doesn't value their own time, not to mention about other's time.
