I will say don't ever trust any organization until the offer is released and don't panic. this company seems like your dream type of organization, but for me, it was one of the worst organizations. I gave my TR-1. It was awesome and I was expecting the result. then TR-2 completed. MR-1 happen for culture fit. then HR round completed. For salary, policy, and joining dates, I submitted all the required documents for the offer letter release. But no one came back to me. After reaching out to HR they called me back by saying we hold and cancel the position and we have one another position. so they told me to sit for another technical round. I gave for same profile. TR-3 and got selected. then they HR discussed the salary and again TR-4 was taken. I was frustrated and thinking if they wanted to reject me they could. But After TR-4 which was a good round, I was hoping and at the end of the day, they rejected me. They were only giving 50% of the hike that's it and It was my worst experience till now with Quantify. They have a very tight budget.
