Very bad. HR's are calling without even seeing the resume. I was a fresher, and they called me for an interview for 1-3 experienced role. After the interview was held the interviewer told me that we are not looking for interns but for 1-3 experienced guys. They did'nt even take my interview. After that incident they not even called me for an apology for wasting my time in preparing for the interview. Such a bad experience.

Normal discussion process schedule within weeks. Panel were not available and again rescheduled.
Overall avarage experience for my role.
