Horrendous, unprofessional, unclear and not transparent. Recruiters cannot answer questions about interview process, company information or job description. I was told I was interviewing for one role on the phone but only received information about different role. They also do not respect your time and if you do not respond to their emails immediately, expect them to send you multiple emails, phone calls, text messages and LinkedIn messages. They also will schedule interviews at inconvenient times and just tell you to wake up early attend them. Mine was scheduled at 5 am. I ended up cancelling the interview process - if its this hectic now, I can't imagine what it'll be ike to work for them.
