The selection process took 4 weeks. A first call with a Rep to check your application, profile and language skills. Next I went through a call interview with the Commerical Director. Expect general questions to know more about you and your motivation. Then, a Webex interview with the Commerical Director was scheduled to simulate a sales approach by using their software only. Then, I went through the last round of the selection process and was interviewed by the CEO. Expect to be asked more specific questions about the industry, sales approach and to proceed to a physical sales simulation with the product and software this time. Overall, I thought the process was great, very practical especially the last 2 rounds with the sales demonstration.
