I applied online and received a call from a Recruiter in San Francisco about a month later. We scheduled a quick phone screening. She was very nice and professional - although, they ended up saying they only wanted the hire individuals with experience in the ad tech space. Not sure why she scheduled interviews with candidates who don't have a background in this space if they're not willing to give them a chance. Overall, it was a positive experience.
