Did a 30 - 45 minute phone screen with the HR guy, expressed interest in the position. Then did another interview with someone who would be a peer, did well on that. Then did next round with the Director of the department, and he asked some technical questions. Process was 2 weeks, but would have taken longer if they decided to proceed further with more rounds of interviews.
