First applied online via IIM-Jobs, then was shortlisted for a phone discussion in which my previous experience was discussed, then had 1 phone interview in which I had to explain my previous work experience and interest in applying for this role. Then after clearing this, I was given an assignment to write a blog on machine learning in trading. I also had to write a document on what you understand from this role and why you want to join this role. Then finally also had a jupyter notebook assignment in which we had to create a supervised machine learning strategy on when to buy or sell a stock. After submitting the assignment, I had a technical interview in which the interview was focussed on the assignment submission and technical questions related to it.

The process is smooth. The interview process consists of four stages: starting with an initial HR interview, followed by a take-home Python assessment, then a technical interview, and finally a Director-level interview.
