Well initially got a calm from HR about the position and the package idea and he then scheduled the interview. I gave my first round of technical interview and after 3-4 days have been told they got positive feedback and now second round of technical interview is scheduled. After second I got call after almost 2 weeks from HR saying our hiring manager was on leave so the hiring was on halt and now you have Third techno managerial round which then happened only as technical round with a guy who was waiting for the guy who took my 2nd round. It was overall a messed up interview process. I believe they should be crisp when they say its techno managerial round it should be like that not again the same questions by some new guy should be asked

Entrevista
There are 3 rounds.
1st telephonic, where they check your basic knowledge and problem solving techniques.
2nd Face to Face, where you have to explain your projects and they check all your technical and problem solving skills.
3rd round Managerial, where he ask basic questions and ask about salary.
Then they don't call you.
And when you call HR she gives feedback that we can afford the amount and they agree for amount when they call is Frist time when our resume is selected, but when candidate clear all rounds then he is expensive, and she tells us that you are more senior to this position WTF if candidate is not suitable for this position them why you shortlist candidate and waste his time.
For people who are seriously looking for job don't apply here this guys are not professional and don't know how to convey message to candidate.
