      The whole interview process had seven rounds in total including the initial recruiter round but no where during the process, was I was told even after asking it a few times - during the interviews and via email communication with recruiter. The process was gruesome given the number of rounds (45mins-60mins) per round but I was glad to be tested in a thorough manner. Although the outcome turned out sour (I'll mention why below), there were some positives. To make the process fair, every member of the panel had a set of questions they have to go through - I appreciate that. My rounds with Product Sense, Design, and Engineering were fantastic, especially product sense. I loved the whole conversation and the energy the panel brought in during these rounds were also fantastic. Negatives: 1. Extremely tiring process with very little direction to what comes next 2. After the final round, I had a chat with the recruiter regarding the pay and joining date with a disclaimer that there were a couple of other candidates. However, I was ghosted for more than a month until I reached out a couple of times about the outcome. All I got was a simple 'we proceeded with someone else". No way a company or a recruiting team that respects people's time would do this after a candidate has invested countless hours in interviewing, preparing, and applying job, and researching the company. 3. During one of the rounds, the panel member was so uninterested that they would just read the question off the screen and stare into the space. I do not care how senior they might be - my time is my time. If I am appearing for an interview suited up, well presented, and full of energy after a day of busting myself at work, I expect the least of some enthusiasm. I am not sure if I'd be okay with this person assessing me for the role. 4. The salary range was too broad it would have been helpful they rather not post it.

      Nothing new or specific - google MAANG PM interview questions. My conversation with the hiring manager was different in a way that it was more personalized and what I'd bring to the organization. Similarly, I loved the Product Sense interview and the person. Hats off to both these two.

      it was a standard Product Management interview loop. First Hiring manager round, then Case study round, then Stakeholder round, then Roadmapping round. Pretty good experience all around. No complaints from my end.

      The recruiters are very proactive in reaching out to prospective candidates that match the experience of the roles Qualtrics is seeking to fill. During informational interviews, they are very transparent about the process, the roles, the experience required, and the team. In addition, they are interested in learning about the candidate and their background. If a certain role is not a good fit, they encourage other roles or opportunities.
