They look a lot at references, so if you know someone that works there or you have connections, make sure you have them send a reference in. The interview was very nice, they asked about me and things that were very pertinent to the job I was applying for. I interviewed with the person that would actually be my boss, not a recruiting person or anything, which I think all companies should do, so that you know who you'd be working with and be able to get a better feel of it it'd really work for you. You have to go through another interview after that with someone higher up in the company as well. The office seems like a fun, young work environment, and it was nice to be able to interview there so they could show me around and everything
