A Qualtrics recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn and said my background looked like a good fit and wanted to discuss the company and potential sales role with me. We spoke for 20 minutes over the phone asking me about my sales roles, who I sell to, my sells process, any awards or accolades I’d received. She then set up two in person interviews with 2 managers two days later. After the interviews the recruiter called me and said I was moving into the final stage of the interview process and I would need to do a HireVue recorded interview. That took 45 minutes. The interview gave you 30 seconds or so to review a question and then gave you 30-90 seconds to answer the questions. This in all took about 25 questions and 45 minutes. 2 days later I received a call and was offered the position.
