Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Seattle, WA)
Entrevista
Approached online. Recruiter was very polite, communicative and professional. Two informational phone calls and then an in-person tech screen. I feel like two informational calls was too much. Tech screen experience was poor (see below).

Pregunta 1
I was asked questions about my experience. The interviewer asked them like a detective would; like he didn't believe me. He had an aloof smugness that you sometimes see at the larger software companies.
The premise of the technical question was very contrived. With such low applicability to the real world, it didn't provide an opportunity for me to show off my skills. When I hit the point where I had to punch through a difficult sub problem, my interest tailed off. The interviewer's body language and tone of voice had had a whiff of contempt throughout, so I knew I wasn't going to get any support there. I sensed an impatience in him, suggestive that he was keeping a parlor trick in his head.
A word of advice: the purpose of interviews is to collect enough information to make a solid decision on a future relationship. If you play the cold fish; if you build walls between yourself and the candidate; if your difficult-yet-pointless questions are more about your own vanity than learning about a new person; if you keep important things in your head; you are going to lose some very good people and not even understand why.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics
Entrevista
The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.
1. Chat with recruiter
2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.

Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
Started with a Recruiter screen - overview about company
ML Knowledge - basics of LLMs and your relevant projects
LeetCode - two basic easy and med leetcode problems
Takes a long time to hear back after each round - better to reach out after each round to ask about next steps.
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
